Individual Mindfulness Sessions
There are many reasons why a person might prefer to learn about mindfulness on a one to one basis and not in a group setting. Sometimes a person might be drawn to mindfulness because of suffering in their lives. They might be dealing with stress or anxiety or have difficulty sleeping. Perhaps this is having knock on consequences in their personal life and in their career. Not everyone feels comfortable sharing their experience in a group and some people prefer the absolute confidentiality that a one to one session affords.
Advantages of one-to-one mindfulness:
Sessions can follow the structure of a course or alternatively can be adapted to meet your particular needs.
Sessions can be scheduled to fit in with your schedule, at a time and place that suits you. It is possible to conduct sessions via Zoom or Skype.
Sessions are completely confidential.
